MyKad88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings from a single bonus promotion is five times (5x) the original bonus value. Winnings in excess of this cap will be forfeited when the withdrawal is processed.
All wagers placed on MyKad88 are subject to the general rules below, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant product section of the platform.
All bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number is generated. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical failure or insufficient balance are void. MyKad88 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds published as a result of a technical error.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to human error or system malfunction ("palpable error"), MyKad88 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. MyKad88 will not be liable for any losses claimed by the Player as a result of voided palpable error bets.
All game outcomes for slots, live dealer games, and other casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final once confirmed on-screen.
